The house Belstè in S. Cristina
is run by the Runggaldier family
Our house is situated at 1.428 meters above sea level, surrounded by mountains and ski locations of the sun kissed Val Gardena in South Tyrol. The two comfortable holiday apartments are totally private retreats for individual holidays.
Location
The house Belstè is situated above the small town S. Cristina.
You have a look to the the Sella, the ski region Ciampinoi and at the right side to the Sassolungo and the Sassopiatto.
In winter the bus stop is ahead our house and will bring you all 15 minutes to the surrounding ski region.
In summer a bus will bring you in the town.

Holiday information:
- Check in from 3.00 pm
- Check out by and not over 9.30 am
- We prefer that you arrive/depart on Saturday or Sunday (other days are on request)
- Our apartments are for no smoker
- Domestic animals are welcome (invoice for damages caused by domestic animals)
- Waste disposal and waste separation must be done from the guest on departure day.
- Payment can be done in cash, with check or as a bank transfer. An electronic payment will not be accepted.
Conditions:
The listed prices are for one apartment for a whole week. If you decide to stay less than a week, the price is on request.
We request a deposit of 30% per week. Your reservation becomes binding upon a payment of the deposit (reservation guarantee) and dispatch of your booking confirmation. When you cancel your holiday, the deposit will not be rebated.
From 1. January 2024 we are obligated to charge a communal visitor's tax amounting to 2,10 Euro per person over 14 years of age per night. This tax is not included in the overall price of your holiday.
Guest Pass
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
